The official mobile application of the Conselleria de Sanitat Universal i Salut Pública serves as a valuable tool for users of the public health system in the Comunitat Valenciana. It facilitates the scheduling, consultation, and cancellation of primary care medical appointments. Furthermore, the app allows users to check pending specialized care visits, view prescribed pharmaceutical treatments along with active treatment documents and dispensing history, generate and download primary care attendance certificates, and access the Digital Covid Certificate in its various forms. Users can also consult their Electronic Health Record in the Comunitat Valenciana, locate healthcare resources, and update their contact information in the SIP system, all available in both official languages of the region.

Access to the application is provided through three authentication methods: entering the SIP number, date of birth, and card issuance date followed by SMS validation code; confirming details by scanning the health card’s barcode; or through Cl@ve. Users can save access credentials for multiple accounts for future use, with a security framework based on biometric data or password protection.
